More Super Smash Bros. amiibo Coming Out In March

amiibo of the two DLC fighters Roy and Ryu will be released alongside R.O.B. with his Japanese Famicom colours on March 18. The Famicom colours R.O.B. was available in Japan since his NES colours were released in North America and Europe, but now he will be available in these regions. Roy will be exclusive to Gamestop/EB Games, but, like Mewtwo, the DLC characters probably won't be very hard to find.

Retro 3-pack amiibo Review

The Retro 3-pack has two of my favourite Super Smash Bros. characters in it, so I had to buy it. It's exclusive to Gamestop, or EB Games. Because all three of the characters included are very minor, very unimportant characters, and not from a major franchise I thought they were going to be extremely rare, and I lined up to preorder it. Not very many people preordered it, and later it was available for preorder on their website, even though it was supposed to be in-store only. It turned out to be very easy to find when it came out, and you can probably still find it in store now. Here are some pictures of the box, then I'll move on to reviews for the individual amiibo in the 3-pack:

Don't Worry if You Didn't Preorder the Retro 3-pack

The Gamestop and EB Games exclusive Retro 3-pack, which includes R.O.B., Mr. Game and Watch, and Duck Hunt was available for preorder a while ago in store only. But if you weren't able to preorder one, don't worry. It's still available right now on Gamestop's website. It will come out on September 25th, and will probably be pretty easy to find in stores on release date.

Wave 5 amiibo Release Dates Revealed, 2 Smash Bros. 3-pack Sets Revealed

The release date for the 5th wave of Super Smash Bros. amiibo was just announced, with Ganondorf, Zero Suit Samus, Olimar, Dr. Mario, Classic Coloured 30th Anniversary Mario, and Bowser Jr. coming on September 11th, and Mewtwo will be released in October.

More Retailer Exclusive Amiibo

On the first of April, more Amiibo were confirmed for the 4th wave of Super Smash Bros. Amiibo. They were Greninja and Jigglypuff, and this is bad news for anyone wanting any of these new Pokemon Amiibo, as well as Ness. In the 3rd wave of Super Smash Bros. Amiibo, Lucario was exclusive to Toys R Us, Rosalina exclusive to Target, Shulk exclusive to Gamestop, and Meta Knight exclusive to Best Buy. This time, Jigglypuff is exclusive to Target, Greninja exclusive to Toys R Us, and Ness exclusive to Gamestop. Here is an overview of everything:

• Jigglypuff is a Target exclusive
• Ness is a Gamestop ecxlusive
• Wave 4 preorders are sold out almost everywhere but Amazon, and they aren't available yet there.
