Palutena will be releasing next week, and her release will be a little bit different than other releases. Take a look at these five things, and if you follow these instructions, you will probably be able to get your hands on one.
1. Only at Amazon
In North America, Palutena is special because she in the first amiibo that isn't able to be found in stores. She is only able to be found online, and only at Amazon. Amazon isn't the best company at shipping amiibo in the world, so if you are collecting them in box, remember that it might not be in perfect condition.
2. Not Extremely Rare
She is expected to be available for about 10-15 minutes, and only to be about as rare as Charizard or the Splatoon 3-pack. So She won't be super rare, but she won't be common either.
3. The Exact Time She Will Be Available Will Be Announced Beforehand
Amazon will send people who pressed the "e-mail me" button an e-mail announcing the exact time and more information on how to order her. This e-mail will be sent on the 22nd.
4. No Preorders
There will be no preorders for Palutena or Dark Pit, you'll have to be there when they are available. Make sure to have everything you'll need when she goes up. Don't forget that everybody will be on the same page refreshing it at once, so it will probably go slow, and you'll want to use the fastest computer or phone you have.
5. She is Amazon's First Exclusive
There is no guarantee that she will be easy to buy when she's available. Some places like Toys 'R' Us and Walmart have had exclusive amiibo that were pretty easy to find if you went the store when it opened. But Amazon has had rare amiibo sell out in less than a minute before, and nobody knows how widely available Palutena will be.
